The 'Human Resources' operatives in the NHS need to be scrutinised by independent examiners, for their qualifications, and for their record in employing unsuitable staff, especially in key posts. I am thinking of unqualified doctors, surgeons who have mutilated patients en masse, foreign young women who masqueraded as nurses and presented forged qualifications, but who were employed as nurses nevertheless, medical and other staff whose grasp of English is inadequate. What is the salary range of these 'Human Resources' operatives, and what exactly is their job description?
There is also the question of the DIE (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity) cadre. They need to be sacked immediately. Their salaries total tens of millions.
The newly discovered - to me, at any rate - facility of providing interpreters for non-English-speaking patients, and then prioritising them for treatment in order to free the interpreters as soon as possible, is incredible. Does anyone actually EXPECT this? I wouldn't, if I was in a foreign country.

I am very worried about the abuse of - indeed the war on - the English language. It makes informing the ignorant, debate, and even thought itself impossible.
I have been called 'a Fascist' by the 'New Statesman' magazine for correcting their grammar, which was wrong. A few months ago the Cambridge Dictionary altered the definition of women to include mentally ill men. A few days ago, I (of Celtic, Anglo-Saxon and Norse heritage, who was born in Britain and have lived here my whole life) was told that I am not an indigenous Briton, because the word 'indigenous' now has a different meaning. I did not enquire further about this as I have no desire to talk to Humpty Dumpty. And, of course, the TRA always employ their perennial Churchillian rhetoric 'F - - - you, you're a Nazi', screamed ad nauseam. We have an uphill struggle to fight this.

It's not just the apparent shenanigans that went on between the Labour Party and the Speaker on Wednesday that we need to worry about - and there is no doubt in my mind that both Lindsay Hoyle and Keir Starmer must now resign their positions - possibly even as MPs.
What worries me even more, is the reason Lindsay Hoyle gave for his actions: apparently, he wanted to protect MPs - especially Labour MPs - whom he thought were particularly vulnerable - from abuse, threats, physical attack, or even murder from constituents or others, if they were deemed to have voted the 'wrong' way, ie pro-Israeli policy and against Hamas. Meanwhile a shouting, chanting, Palestine-flag waving mob of thousands was screaming just outside Parliament telling MPs how to vote. This is called mob rule. Our democratic process has been hijacked by a threatening, potentially violent sectrian minority and their Useful Idiot supporters. What should we do about this?

Dear Panel, I see you are all wearing poppies (it is 2 November 2024). I have, for as long as I can remember, bought poppies from ex-servicemen/women selling them, from the beginning of November, and worn them - I usually had to buy at least one per day as I always lost them - until 11 November.
However, this year I see that the British Legion have employed a DIE (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity) Officer for Β£80,000 per annum, and have also produced a disrespectful travesty of a poppy which incorporates the 'Progress Pride flag'. So, until the British Legion purges itself of the Queer Theorists who appear to be in charge, there will be no more money from me. I would also like to see a detailed breakdown of the British Legion's income and expenditure account and their balance sheet, and an explanation of why British veterans are homeless or are suffering from PTSD.

The way that many Muslims practise polygamy in Britain surreptitiously: they marry one wife legally, then another one, two or three women in a Shariah ceremony (not recognised by the State), which satsfies their conscience (presumably), their family, and their 'community' - they are obeying their religious law. The second/third/fourth women (visibly pregnant) then go down to Social Services to ask for financial help from the taxpayer - 'Oh, I'm pregnant and homeless and a single parent. No, I don't really know who the father is, it was a one-night stand/a fling', she says behind her niqab. She/they are then allocated a council flat on housing benefit, and lots of other money.

I am writing this on Saturday, 10 August 2024. Brendan Kavanagh, the railway terminal pianist, came across on his way home on Wednesday evening through North Finchley, a very not-North Finchley demonstration of hundreds of shouting - apparently leftist - people with pro-Palestinian flags, the usual mass-produced Socialist Workers Party placards - 'Refugees welcome', 'Fight Fascism', etc.
A curious Brendan Kavanagh got out of his car and filmed them from across the road - I think he was expelled from the shouting demonstrators because he asked them some questions. He tried to find a FAAHR-RIGHT demonstration on the other side of the road, anong the few dozen bemused inhabitants of North Finchley who were looking at the shouting demonstrators, but could only find one chap, wrapped in a Saint George's flag, who did not want to be interviewed.

The NCF panel does not fully realise how serious the situation is. The Scientific Research Councils have been captured by the Critical Social Justice warriors. They are going to award scientific research grants to a Collective, not to a Principal Investigator. Thus, the applicant Investigator can be judged by the Critical Social Justice Warrior bureaucrats - true believers in the Religion - to be worthy or not of research money on the grounds of the DIE (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity) scores of the Department or College in which he works.
They have also infiltrated STEM itself. These are people whose knowledge of any scientific subject is often zero minus, having been allowed to be totally uneducated in science, and brainwashed by postmodernism to be convinced that saying something makes it true. They have the power to have scientists hired and fired. It matters in physics, chemistry, medicine and engineering that people employed in these fields actually know something about the subjects, which means that those employing them must not be doing it by any standards other than ability, and most certainly must not be censoring what the scientists say or write, which happens, sometimes actively and sometimes by the scientists being afraid to say something offensive to the Critical Social Justice bureaucrats who hold the power. It spells the end of science, our economy, and civilisation.

Threats:
1 External - China, Russia
2 Internal - Islam, Queer Theory (Critical Social Justice Theory, Critical Race Theory, Gender Ideology).
A 'sine qua non' of improving anything, politically, socially or economically in Britain is to control immigration:
(a) a complete moratorium on all immigration - legal and illegal - for at least five years,
(b) deportation for all illegal immigrants convicted of a crime,
(c) implementation of one law for all, everyone equal before the law,
(d) no special financial or other concessions to religious schools,
(e) banning Shariah (including the 85 Shariah courts) in the UK,
(f) banning cousin-cousin marriages.

The police van in Knowsley was probably set on fire by members of Antifa, who apparently had been called out by the Communist Party. The demonstration was peaceful otherwise.
Re trying to civilise Afghanistan - at least slightly. It was a failed State, and a major breeding ground for terrorism, perpetrated especially, but not exclusively, in Western countries. In occupying Afghanistan, NATO was trying to protect its member countries. It was a defensive act on NATO's part. At the same time, trying to give women and girls in Afghanistan some human rights contributed to this process. After twenty years and a billion dollars, some progress was discernible. It was slow, but it was starting from a very low baseline. No NATO soldier had been killed for nearly two years. What was lacking was destroying the Taliban factories in Pakistan, from which Taliban were constantly thrown across the border into Afghanistan. So, in order that Trump could boast about withdrawing American (it was actually *NATO*, Donald) troops from foreign lands, all that blood and treasure has been thrown away, and it is once again a failed State, breeding ground for terrorists, and Hell on Earth for women and girls.

However, I think Trump was right about China, right about NATO, right about the UN, right about the WHO, right about immigration, right about borders. He was totally wrong about anthropogenic global warming, being scientifically illiterate, wrong about abortion, and wrong about negotiating with the Taliban. I'm not sure about the rights and wrongs of tearing up the anti-nuclear treaty with Iran. I would have thought that anything that stopped Iran from having nuclear weapons must be a good thing, but a lot of people said it was a bad treaty.
