The 'Human Resources' operatives in the NHS need to be scrutinised by independent examiners, for their qualifications, and for their record in employing unsuitable staff, especially in key posts. I am thinking of unqualified doctors, surgeons who have mutilated patients en masse, foreign young women who masqueraded as nurses and presented forged qualifications, but who were employed as nurses nevertheless, medical and other staff whose grasp of English is inadequate. What is the salary range of these 'Human Resources' operatives, and what exactly is their job description? There is also the question of the DIE (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity) cadre. They need to be sacked immediately. Their salaries total tens of millions. The newly discovered - to me, at any rate - facility of providing interpreters for non-English-speaking patients, and then prioritising them for treatment in order to free the interpreters as soon as possible, is incredible. Does anyone actually EXPECT this? I wouldn't, if I was in a foreign country.
