I think the Powers-that-Be are worried about many of the illegal immigrants having deadly communicable diseases like HIV-AIDS, XDR-TB, Diphtheria, Monkeypox, for example, and that is why they have priority treatment by the NHS - seen, I understand, after a maximum of 15 minutes' waiting time in A&E.
