  2. Apple and Microsoft has gotten their wrists slapped throughout the years, and there are plenty of scam companies in the US that get sued.

  3. Red Hat doesn't which means Fedora and its variants likely has Spyware. If you use Firefox, they use Mozilla's telemetry, which is not that different from Microsoft's telemetry. Add onto that some really cringy things where various Linux OSes and foundations are saying certain people are not welcome to use Linux, and foundations banning people over tweets or other things they dig up from over 10 years ago, not to mention illegal racial quota hiring practices. So no, Linux is not immune from insane woke politics and mainstream corporate shenanigans. If anything, they get away with more by being able to fly under the radar as the 'little guy'.

  4. This company has been a scam for a long time. I got refunded years back for them being fake garbage and doing nothing to protect my laptop.
