  1. Although, even if it was, I have to admit IE was a good browser, key word 'was'. Granted, it's basically a Netscape clone. Netscape arguably was the best of the best of the early browsers, and arguably the first of its kind. But that's how Windows rolled back then, possibly still today, in if they are going to kill an original with a clone, they're going to make the best clone they can. 😏
