  1.  @noway905  - That's another problem. Not just with YT, but how a lot businesses and corporations can get away with it through their contracts and/or ToS. A business contract or ToS that nullifies free speech, and thus nullifies the 1st Amendment ought to be considered a contract or ToS that is null and void, and thus illegal to enforce.
