  1. I was always against music lessons, being rebellious as a kid believing they would make me sound like everyone else. I attempted to use my Dad's old Mel Bay books from the 60's but just didn't have the attention span. So I learned by ear and watching Kurt Cobain's hands. While I had friends that played like Joe Satriani and studied classical. It both limited me and emboldened me as a player and a writer. Check it out and let me know what you think?
