X-Men: The Last Stand...I wouldn't say bad but just a let down. I never bothered to see the Dark Phoenix. I was raised on X-Men as a child so...that speaks volumes.

@locater2 I mean, like I said I grew up watching the cartoons (the real one) with all my friends and collecting the cards and comic. I struggled to like the first one and still do...the second got significantly better. Then the Last Stand went AWOL and came back with First Class and Days of Future Past. Then, Hollywood took over again and not actual fans. I get the sense they had so many ideas and influencers they didn't know what the hell to do. Can't please everyone, especially hardcore fans like us. I get it.

@GorillaGrodd420 Yeah, they just didn't know what to do with it from the start honestly. Even the first was kind of...I don't know. I think my expectations may have been too high.

@GorillaGrodd420 You pretty much nailed it. They tried to make something that was ours their artistic statement when they didn't really know what the hell they were talking about. I wonder what sort of fan consultation they had on these? Oh right. The Money kind. Weren't all bad but clearly misguided.
