@ElinWinblad I misunderstood, i though u were a flat earther. He is right although he didn't mean literally pear shaped, it just isn't perfectly round as people tend to think. It's actually an oblate sphereoid 🤷🏽‍♂️

@ElinWinblad Liar. Earth's curvature could be seen from Concorde and other high altitude planes. Science agrees with this and me and my family were lucky enough to take a trip on board concorde and marvelled at it with our own eyes.

@StinkyCashFlatEarth If gravity doesn't exist, what is causing the moon to dictate our ocean tides? What you call 'pseudoscience', EVERY SINGLE SCIENTIST in history says otherwise. @bisonchief304 We can't prove the earth is a sphere you say? Are you kidding?? There are many experiments we can do to determine the shale of the earth, and EVERY one confirms it to be a globe.......and then there's space exploration which enabled us to view earth from space, not that we were in any doubt lol. If earth wasn't a globe, some of our current technologies we all constantly rely upon on a daily basis wouldn't work eg. mobile phones, GPS etc. Don't you find it slightly coincidental all flat earthers happen to be religious extremists? Why is that?

@kathylovegrove4987 We don't take the age of the earth on faith, just as we don't take it's shape on faith. We have several, independent means of dating the earth, all of which corroborate each other.

We literally have people in space currently, inhabiting the ISS that we can all observe with our own eyes on a highly predictable orbit that works only work on a globe model? If you're talking about the moon, why would they continue taking such huge risks and spending such vast amounts of money constantly and pointlessly sending people back and too to the moon?? @ElinWinblad For some reason my previous reply doesn't seem to have posted. I assure you though that science most definitely agrees that earth's curvature can be observed at around 35,000ft with a 60° field of view and clear skies. Take a look at Lake Ponchartrain Causeway and tell me we can't observe curvature.
