Unfortunately we are reluctant to help others because of this. I helped a black guy who ran out of gas. He said “ I’m surprised you helped me because I’m black “. I responded “well for one thing you needed help, for another you ran out of gas so how dangerous can you be and I have a 357 magnum next to me “ . “ I actually took him to the gas station and brought him back to his car. He was pissed that the station made him buy a gas can. I told him, pretty sure no one ever brings them back, just put it in your trunk for next time and we both know there will be a next time
