  1. A friend of mine owns 3 trash companies and a trucking company. He routinely hauls 2 semi loads a day to the landfill of stuff people put in their recycle bin thinking it will be recycled. Makes people feel good but it is a scam as there is no decent end use for most of the stuff we “ recycle “. Aluminum is about the best exception. Only about 7 % of plastic gets recycled. What a shame.

  5. Lithium batteries will be the next major problem just like non recyclable wind turbine blades currently being buried. Solar panels aren’t much better
