  4.  @Daniel-wg3mu  he was administratively reduced to MSG for retirement purposes ( and if he had stayed in ) as he didn’t complete the required CSM academy. I spent 23 yrs in the army and know a bit how these things work. A friend of mine had the same thing happen to him as he couldn’t pass the PT test. Quit trying to justify voting for the dirtbag
