@dbryant4042 hate to break it to you but the year Trump was still in was mostly about the 3 trillion dollar Covid stimulus which was bi partisan but pushed heavily by the Dems. Paying people to sit home sounded noble but was in essence a disaster for our economy. As to the middle class we always get screwed but most of us did get a tax cut. Those in high tax states ( dem run) lost their SALT deductions which pissed them off but put money into govt coffers
