  3.  @ronalddunn5821  there was a line in the bill which allowed the funding to be discretionary vs mandatory to the tune of 400 billion. Which meant the dens could at some point use money from that “ fund” for other than burn pit victims. I see nothing wrong with expecting that be changed in order to insure the funds are used for their intent. I know it pisses off those who hate repubs but in this case making that change was the right call.
