  1. That ship sailed. When I first moved to the metro area downtown mpls was clean and fairly safe. I witnessed Chicago types moving in ( St. Louis etc ) and things went downhill predictable

  4.  @LBK978  agree that everyone in the “ hood” aren’t bad people, they are just stuck in a bad area. Unfortunately when they do get a chance to leave they are still part of that culture and much of it follows them.

  8. I feel for honest hard working law biding blacks who have to deal with this crap. But they are complicit to some extent for not speaking out and voting dem year after year. Society has catered to blacks for way too long by not expecting them to live by the same standards in society especially in education.
