  1. The answer is obvious. This means that these vaccines do jack squat and shouldn't even be called vaccines. When you get a vaccine for the Japanese Encephalitis Virus or the Hepatitis B virus you literally cannot get infected with those pathogens. Now THAT is what a vaccine is.
