  1. Who wants to be a millionaire when they are old or dead? I made my first million dollars at age thirty investing entirely in real estate and the second million took less than three years later. I am now financially free and real estate pays me over 250k in net passive income per year. I went from a 15k net worth to financial abundance in 9 years. Now for fun I'm an accredited passive investor and invest in private placements in commercial real estate which make monthly or quarterly distributions and return to 2-3X on invested capital. I have nothing in the stock market and I'd like to keep it that way.
