  7. Landlord here; just so you all understand. Landlords have to pay the increases in property tax; pay the increases in homeowners insurance; pay the increases in HOA fees and when the A/C breaks the landlord has to come up with $6000.00 or more to replace the A/C; the hot water heater goes out ? Yep, that's $1500.00; there's a leak under the kitchen sink ? Yep, that's $400.00. Thank the government that you VOTED for that increased the cost of living for ALL of us so it's NOT just renters that are feeling the squeeze. Did your car insurance go up ? Did your grocery bill go up ? How about your Starbucks ? Are landlords responsible for those increases as well ???????

The concept of " getting your foot in the door and work your way up " is lost on these women; they EXPECT to be paid $100k right out of college ?? The fourth women LEFT her job because of " mental issues " and won't consider a job that's outside of her " 15 mile radius " because of traffic ? Really ? No brother; REMEMBER they're ONLY telling you THEIR side of the story. The 5th chick applied at a " SKATING RINK " and thought she would get $11.00 an hour and turned down the $8.00 she was offered; I'm supposed to feel sorry for her ? It's a freakin' SKATING RINK !!! The woman at the 10:45 mark is saying it's a good idea to turn down the $59K a year job because it was originally posted at $63K a year so yeah; turn down a $59K a year job over $4000.00 dollars ? Divide that by 52 and it's $77.00 a week less and you think it's prudent to turn it down especially in this economy ? So NO MONEY is better than SOME MONEY. Please don't feel sorry for these fools......

  15. The blade has two sides; you got qualified and then you were employable REGARDLESS of your age. YOU were qualified and that's WHY you were hired. The people looking for jobs have JUST a degree which everybody and their grandmother has and two, they're Gen. Z's and millennials and companies don't want to hire these people because they're WOKE, progressive, lazy and INSIST on being addressed by different " pronouns "; the pendulum has swung the other way. The older generations ( Boomers and Gen. X ) have a better chance of getting jobs because of their " work " ethic. Notice, that most of the people complaining are millennials and Gen. Z's.

Every interview is different; every company is different; there ARE no UNIVERSAL answers to questions due to the fact it varies from one company to the next. WTF is this sentence " But it's not our fault we were socialized this way. " ? If you were socialized this way then how did you get your job ? Are you starting to see the inconsistencies is your argument ? Here's another claim that is without merit made by you " These days nobody wants to teach anybody anything. "; where did this come from ? Didn't you take the initiative to learn ? Didn't someone teach you in order for you to get your qualifications ? This is another of your comments " I was just hired for my QUALIFICATIONS "; you got hired because you were qualified and if you weren't you'd still be looking for a job. The fact is you are PROOF POSITIVE that if you work hard and take the time to get " qualified " and " learn " what was " taught " to you then you'll succeed. Go ahead and read your entire rebuttal again. The generalizations that I made is just that; in ALL generalizations there are EXCEPTIONS and you are one of them. My claim still stands for itself.

People need to understand when OBAMA opened the floodgates when he said ( I'm paraphrasing ) " we're going to make the USA the most literate country in the world "; that's when I knew college degrees would become worthless because student loans became federally guaranteed which leads us to where we are now; everybody and their grandmother were accepted into college. The colleges came up with stupid and worthless degrees in order to accept dummies and use them for funds and the dummies got stuck with student loans carrying around worthless degrees.

I think they left that part out; my coworker ( female ) got her degree in Mechanical Engineering; she was offered a job BEFORE graduation. They're all Biden supporters !!! Biden said he added 15 million jobs and unemployment rate is below 5%; these fools are LINING up to vote for Harris. Ladies, enjoy your cats; if you've applied to 1000 jobs then you're SPAMMING; that is NOT how you do a job search. Notice how all these people are Gen Z's; I remember when I couldn't find a full time job despite having an MBA so you know what I did ? I took TWO part time jobs ( one paid $6.00 an hour ) and worked without fail until I proved myself; I took ALL of the sh!tty assignments NOBODY wanted to do; woke up to be at work at 5:30am; I did what I needed to do until a FULL TIME spot came open and guess what ? I didn't have to interview for it because management knew that I'd do whatever it took to get the job done.

I'm going to TELL you TellEmBoi what I think as a former student that graduated with an MBA in International Business Administration; you suffer from the SAME victim mentality as these women; you BLAME everybody else for your TERRIBLE decisions; the parents have nothing to do with it; the government has nothing to do with it and the universities/colleges have nothing to do with it. There's a position in BOTH high school AND college called a GUIDANCE COUNSELOR; ever heard of it ? Yes, it's available for FREE; these counselors give you FREE advice and do RESEARCH for FREE on your behalf to GUIDE you into a course of study whereby your chances of getting a job is better than average. It's YOUR choice of which college you go to; it's YOUR choice which program and course of study fits your interest; if YOU choose worthless degrees like Environmental Science; Art History or African American Studies then whose fault is that ? You are from the SAME generation as these " victims " and YOU think the same way. You are a VICTIM of YOUR bad decisions, PERIOD.

The chick at the 3:35 doesn't understand that the broker doesn't get ALL of the money; the brokerage house gets a cut and some of the money is used for both a background check ( whether or not you have a job and in good standing ) and a criminal background check for obvious reasons; three months rent is standard; other states it's first, last and security PLUS an application fee that's NON refundable; she better grow up fast.....

Let's not forget Eastern Airlines, Pan Am, Kmart, Jordan Marsh and JC Penney laying people off back in the day not to mention Detroit and Appalachia suffering massive job losses.
