  1. He spends too much time using " big " words in an effort to " show off " his vocabulary. True intellect is the ability to get your point across succinctly for your audience. He's way too wordy......intellect isn't an extensive vocabulary but the ability to think critically ( outside of the box ) and see what is not seen.......
