  1. As a landlord my property tax, homeowners association fees and homeowners insurance ALL went up in one year. These added costs are passed on to the end user; that being the renter/tenant. We ( landlords ) have bills as well........

  2.  @CreatureOTNight  GREAT POINT; try living in aThird World country and the sentiment would be very different. The woman with the health issues obviously would be the exception..........

I used to be " on benefits " right after Covid and HATED it; guess what ? Got my a$$ another job and I haven't looked back...........
