Men don't need to have manicure/pedicure; getting hair colored, cut and washed; makeup; feminine hygiene products; or five different purses depending on what she's wearing or where she's going. Well, men are already checking out and we don't NEED women; we can cook and clean on our own in addition to changing our own flat tires or jump starting our cars. We can fix the leak under the kitchen sink and our expenses are at least half that of women. We don't have expenses like: manicure/ pedicure, makeup, purses, feminine hygiene products, etc. Men are used to being alone and we don't have a problem going out alone; we just head to the nearest sports bar and we have a bar full of friends; the wall will be unforgiving for all women.

I went to Grad School ( MBA - International Business Administration ) and drove a piece a sh*t car the whole time; took advantage of whatever scholarships that were available and stayed focused and did without; there are several people on this thread that did the same by staying focused and did without and managed to pay off what they owed without complaint just as myself. You went to school for a " useful " degree; some of the idiots got degrees in African American Studies, Liberal Arts, Art History or anything to do with Humanities; essentially " useless " degrees. This was the deal; you go to school and go into debt for a brighter future; you're doing that; that's the tradeoff.

Well, READ the f@cking calculator; it states that an item costing $4881.00 in 1930 would cost $88,888.86 today; he misread or misinterpreted what he was reading.........at the 3:00 mark he's freaking out over the 19% increase from 2019 to 2023; well if you divide 19 by 4 years you're looking at 4.75% yearly increase in constant terms; the rate of increase is actually less than that if you account for compounding as a factor.

The influx of migrants both illegal and legal are competing for housing along with US citizens; it cost more to produce housing units today than in the past due to an increase in labor cost as well as materials and supplies. Almost everywhere in the US you'll find people talking about traffic congestion; well, property taxes goes to pay for expansion of the entire infrastructure to include roads, sewage lines, etc. It takes years to break ground to build when you consider land acquisition, permits, financing, land prep ( razing ) and lining up resources like labor and securing supply chains for materials so that the job doesn't come to a standstill because the builder can't get lumber or drywall for the project. Rent control is an insidious program that drives rent up because it takes housing units OFF the market thereby driving up the rent of the remaining units because this is needed to OFFSET the loss of rent control units so in other words; people like you are subsidizing baby momma who has two kids and works at Burger King full time. Do you know anybody who lives in rent control unit ? They NEVER leave right ? This is why the wait list is so long; somebody literally has to die before a rent control unit becomes available; the people that vote for rent control are in effect screwing themselves because they'll NEVER qualify because they're not POOR enough to get into one of those units. As for wages ?? EVERYBODY who works a working class job is underpaid; it's how businesses make a profit but if you pay the dishwasher at TGIFridays $20.00 an hour; how much will your Burger cost ? I could go on and on but I'll stop right here; you get the picture.

I just went on cargurus and looked up a 2024 Kia Soul selling for $21k and with the payment calculator with $1000 down a credit score of between 700 and 749 and financed for 72 months the monthly payment would be $381.00 assuming an 8.59% interest. So, I really can't say I feel sorry for the people complaining that they make $100k a year and are living paycheck to paycheck.
