You’re right; the GOP has to come in and fix the neglect and incompetence of the Democrats lack of oversight and enforcement of reserves…..if there were reserves in place this would be a non issue.

@Landshark2020 Surfside ( the reason for this legislation) is located in Miami Dade County which WAS a bastion for Democrats until it turned RED in 2024; look it up and learn something…..

@rubyannr6898 Correct, it's the condo residents that voted the way they did for years in the BLUE counties that are in a RED state. Pay attention.......Miami-Dade and Broward where most of these condos are located were BLUE counties until recently in 2024; Google it.
