Yeah, just take away accountability from the bums; " you can lead a horse to water but ".........finish the sentence. Ultimately, it's the kid's responsibility to learn while in school instead of being on their cell phones and ignoring the teachers; it's their responsibility to show up for work on time. Parents can only do so much; ever since they ALLOWED children to " divorce " their parents it became a downhill journey; if parents tried to discipline their kid then it's called child abuse. The Gen Z's are just plain LAZY and that's ALL there is to it.

@bigmike6461 Pay him what ? No corporation OWES your kid a living; he has to WORK and EARN it by WORKING his way up and MAKING THE SACRIFICES necessary to get ahead. The corporation is NOT a god damn charity.

@bigmike6461 Stop the nonsense; corporations are under no obligation to pay him a TOP salary; you EARN that; you get PAID based on the VALUE you provide the company. Look at the NFL; you PRODUCE you get PAID. It's illegal NOT to pay OVERTIME and if he's salaried he can f@ckin' quit; believe me no one will miss him. It's called " paying " your dues and making the " sacrifices " to get ahead.
