What the hell??? I agree with the dude. This doesn't make any sense! If her mother caused the fire because she was drinking and smoking and it was determined that the mother died because a fire started from her careless smoking, plus, alcohol being a flammable substance in this situation which is what was determined to have caused her death – why the hell was daughter charged with 1st degree murder???

@briancarter4950 To my understanding, asphyxiation doesn't just happen through manually choking someone. If I'm not mistaken, fire can use up a significant amount of oxygen in the air, leaving less breathable air to inhale and exhale. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I may have to look that up again to make sure. Edit: They determine the mom died from asphyxiation by manual choking, AFTER it was ALREADY DETERMINED she died from asphyxiation due to the fire. The cause of death had ALREADY been determined AT THE SCENE. And then ANOTHER determination was made that she died from murder. Those two things don't add up because a person can VERY WELL DIE from SMOKE INHALATION. So the daughter being arrested for murder doesn't make sense. 😕🤷🏽‍♀️

This is so backwards! Her husband ABUSED children at HER daycare and SHE ends up in jail for PROTECTING those children that she had NO IDEA was being abused BY HER HUSBAND OF ALL PEOPLE?!?!?!?! RELEASE that woman from jail! Her piece-of-shit husband is the one that needs to be locked up!!! They even said her husband LUNGED AT HER and she shot him in self-defense!

@Ms9mmBeretta First off...when in the world did I EVER say that I was "taking the girl's account as factual"????? 🤔 Secondly, go rewatch the video. The cause of death was ALREADY DETERMINED AT THE SCENE because they said the mom was drinking and smoking. They said that's what caused the fire that killed her. Then they switched it up and said the daughter killed her. I'm going off by what they reported. I'm NOT taking ANYONE'S word as factual! There's too many holes in that story which is why I said I agreed with the guy when he said the situation didn't make any sense.

Being shot and being killed are two different things! That piece-of-shit ain't dead like he should be! And even if he was actually killed, it would've been justified and warranted!
