  5. In my opinion it is possible for one individual to unalive 4 individuals with a weapon such as in this case. I'm sure the prosecution will be able to lay out the course of events based on the evidence they obtained . The trial should answer most questions, I'm hoping anyway.

  7. People often think of DNA as being infallible – and it truly can conclusively prove the innocence of the wrongfully convicted. But we have to be very careful about using the same type of evidence to prove a person’s guilt. Touch DNA is pseudoscience. The defense has a right to ask for every piece of evidence regarding the DNA chain of documentation. A fair trial is needed not a trial by the public/ media.

  11.  @j.c.7555  yes but it has to be asked if there was other DNA found why it wasn't processed. Where were the other three DNA found? Why isn't that relevant in a quadruple murder case?Isn't that what defense are doing? Bringing attention to that fact?

  12.  @j.c.7555  yes so it was processed, defense is asking for the chain of that documentation. Prosecution says they can't give what they don't have. It's like a never ending conversation, the judge took control yesterday. Thankfully.
