  10. The defense has every right to request all DNA documents and the chain of documentation is vital. People often think of DNA as being infallible – and it truly can conclusively prove the innocence of the wrongfully convicted. But we have to be very careful about using the same type of evidence to prove a person’s guilt. Touch DNA is pseudoscience as stated on Google. The jury are the ones to decide, not the public or trial by the media.

  13. The window of time for the murders was slim compared to the window of time before LE were alerted. So much could have been done in the larger window. More were involved imo.
