  1. The thing is a lot of US folks (of all colors) are obsessed with "race". That doesn't mean "racist". Different things. This strange fixation with "race" is frankly curious in a nation built on immigration. However, the US remains incredibly succesful and has evolved a lot for good. And will keep doing so.
