If only the Italian councils / governments would implement a law requiring every landlord to plaster/rendering /painting external walls to look prettier instead of letting them crumbled and eye sore - - why in Italy what's old must look run down?? - _many other countries have cities centers dated back to centuries but are taken care and restored -
