Oligarchs may have been nasty opportunists in stealing resources and getting rich in the process but that is a Russian problem to deal with, not the west--- furthermore the west is sanctioning and steal their property but if Russia send them in jail the west claim the sentences are politically motivated - - - the more you annalise USA / Nato actions the more you see their hypocrisy
