Too many blunders, too many failures, too many mistakes not only in the police but u can add in social services, hospitals, surgeries and what else - - all we get is the usual remarks : we are sorry, we apologise, we must learn, is unacceptable, bla Bla - - noone ever accountable - - too many zombies in charge, too many incompetents further down
