@timkelly6985 we haven't had a coup in this country since the Civil war. You'll have to excuse them if they didn't know exactly how to react. No president has ever turned treasonous to this country before. Consider it the learning curve.

@valerieroberts8241 I'm pretty sure in this state of California we have the strongest economy in the country. We are the fifth largest economy in the world. I'm pretty sure that indicates that we do make a few good decisions.

@gretchengraef3012 because afterwards the Republicans can make up any story or cherry pick items out of his testimony rather than letting the full context be understood. Their review of his testimony would be Frontline news on fox.

@rindaswick5422 unfortunately their motivation is pure power and control. Thinking of the constituencies well-being doesn't really factor into that as the Republicans have done everything they could to kill any healthcare, any child care, any jobs program that came down the pike. The only thing that they were interested in is making sure Millionaires and billionaires keep giving them money.

If only their constituents would simply ask the question, what have you done for us? How does him trying to tie the president to his sons forced errors help their lives at all? That is it doesn't. They've done everything under the sun to try to tie those two issues together and they can't find the string to do it. Why don't they just get off their asses and do the jobs they were voted to do? If the constituents would simply ask them to do their jobs instead of going out for all of these ridiculous political stunts then we would get so much accomplished in this country. @garyszewc3339

Pretty much like somebody who would steal hundreds of documents and leave them in a bathroom or on a stage at a third-rate so-called country club and refuses a federal subpoena after 18 months to give them back!
