  3. People these days say "propaganda" like it's a bad thing. The state has to use psychological warfare and social engineering to get the consent of the governed (as well as the passification of enemy states). It's always been this way. Without propaganda, civilization would've never been invented. Humans would just be solitary animals with spears. No tribes, no pyramids, and no internet.
