  2. You joke but these Roman sentries were probably one of his ancestors. The Theban Legion was deployed to Brittania during this time, and they were African. Think people like St. Maurice or Septimius Severus. That's probably why a lot of British men have DNA from Haplogroup R1B, an African haplogroup.

  4.  @denisovanhybrid9610  "Sub-Saharan" is a misnomer. Prior to the Arab Caliphates, North Africans were the same as all other native black Africans. That's why Ramses III's mummy has DNA from haplogroup E-M2, a black African haplogroup. Nubians, though North African, are still native black Africans.
