This gene doesn't guarantee antisocial behavior in the carrier, but it can be activated by trauma, causing degraded connectivity between the prefrontal cortex and the amygdala. There's an abundance of peer-reviewed neuropsychological research on this issue. But as I said, it's not an excuse. We can overcome vulnerabilities of the flesh by putting our faith in the Messiah, Jesus Christ. It's no coincidence that Chang Kai-Shek was Christian and was able to keep Taiwan safe from the CCP.
