  1. It makes sense for Catholicism to shift to Africa. Some of the greatest prophets of the Judeochristian, like Moses and King Solomon, were African.   7. VisualPolitik likely come from a Christian background where they conceptualize different forms of a religion's practices/beliefs as "branches" (John 15:2). I admit as a Christian myself, I sometimes make that mistake when it comes to the different forms of Atheism, Hinduism, and Buddhism. Thanks for this explanation of Salafism and Sufism.

Rome had no influence over the churches of Makuria, Alodia, and Nobatia which are now in modern Ethiopia, Sudan, and Egypt. Judeochristianity as a whole originated in Nile Valley civilizations that were ancient even before Rome ever existed. The idea that Rome was first and that is has apostolic authority over Christianity is unbiblical and Eurocentric. Nowhere in any Catholic/Orthodox bible, whether it be the Greek Septuagint or the English Douay-Rheims, do you read anything about the successors of Peter and Paul having any jurisdiction. The problem with Roman Catholics is that their Eurocentrism is denied by their own bible. You speak not according to the word as Isaiah 8:20 commands you to. "For there is one God, and one mediator of God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 (Douay-Rheims) You're a schismatic and a heretic, Brother. You must repent, rebuke the Catechism, and follow the Catholic Douay-Rheims Bible.

  10.  @JT.Pilgrim  Call it splitting hairs if you want. The churches of Armenia and Ethiopia both predate the Roman Catholic Church. The oldest state church in the world is in Armenia and the oldest complete bible in the world is in Ethiopia.

What scientific evidence do you have to prove that truth is inherently and objectively good? Your idea that there is no real God proves that there is a real God because it presupposes the Judeochristian idea that reality is good. God said reality is good in Genesis. You're trying to steal from Judeochristian philosophy in order to disprove Judeochristian philosophy. But I don't blame you. I was a Darwinist and an Atheist too when I was young.
