It's refreshing to see some people know about the Christians of Iraq. Abraham himself, the patriarch of Jews and Christians, was from Iraq.

@abc_cba Oh yeah, you're literally preaching to the choir, Brother. There's even archeological evidence showing the Esther, the Jewish queen of Persia, ruled parts of India during the Achaemenid Empire.

@abc_cba Right so you have to look at the archeological evidence. There were Indian (Vatsya Kingdom) coins from an Achaemenid tributary found in Persepolis, dating from the time of Esther's rule. They were decorated with the same Lotus motif found throughout Persepolis during that time. Vashti, the name of Ahasuerus' concubine in the Book of Esther, is similar to the name Svasti, suggesting that maybe she was also of Indian origin.
