  3.  @melistasy  He wasn't convicted of any crime though so that would be a false accusation. "Probably" won't hold up in court without evidence.

  4.  @melistasy  You can't "get caught" if you did nothing wrong. Again, you need evidence. "Possible" will not hold up in a court of law. That's a false accusation. If you make such a claim without any evidence, you'll get sued for defamation and lose.
