  4. Japan has been taking in a lot of Northeast Indians recently. Indians need to learn the Japanese language first.

  5.  @KG-ii2yx  Racism aside, the Japanese government doesn't have a choice at this point. They're in desperation mode. Indian immigrants have been vital in Japan's service industries and as volunteer firefighters. I'm an American who lived in Japan so I can view this objectively without any racial bias.
