I'm not disagreeing with your maths but there is no universal agreement on the measurement of IQ, there are many types of intelligent abilities and tests for them so an average IQ is just as difficult to find as an average person. Statistics would tell us that a person with one bare leg in water at 0 deg C and the other in water at 100 deg C should be at a nice and comfy 50 degrees so, the concept of averages and statistics are just human inventions and have no existence in reality.

If you take land by force you have no legal grounds for complaint when others try to grab it.
