Had a fight in the comments with people about this very topic, bottom line; they were declaring it breaks down within hours to days and I already knew it was a known unknown from when I looked into it for myself. This happens so often I'm not even surprised when my "crackpot theories" turn out to be correct when the 'science' catches up.

@mrmansmith4154 I'm afraid a huge side effect is being called a spiky blood but that's outside of the sticks and stones category. Don't let the unknowns stress you out many people were forced from all different directions even a few of my friends.
