  1. You guys are so naive. Under contract means he’s still getting paid. He will probably get a huge pay out to literally not work which probably means having a year of no competition. As far as I know he cost the company a billion dollars. Even if you like the person, if you are in charge and someone cost you a billion dollars they have to go, This isn’t very unusual and tucker is going to be just fine
