  1. I can't believe educating American children and feeding them is a debate. Do you or do you not support the progression of America? If you're and you don't want to contribute then you're actually against the progression of America.

  2.  John Doe  That would seem to be the case unfortunately but there are some very well educated people who knowingly go against what they know to be right. They know enough to know if everyone else knows as much as they do, then they will be on an even level. Which makes them very uncomfortable. Their self worth is very much based off of how many people are below them. So of course they would be very upset by the potential social structure changes that come from more Americans being properly educated.

  3.  thewanderandhiscomp  That does seem to be the intention of the rich. They're desperate to keep an economic advantage over those they think are worth less. The fact we have Betsy DeVos out there chipping away at the public education system is salt in a gaping wound.
