Putting the elections in doubt would be exactly what a person would do if they knew when they ran for office they for sure wouldn't win the popular vote. Tuckers plan is simple I think. Put elections further in question then run in 2024. Where he knows he can't win the popular vote but knows he has a following that will likely go with whatever he says. Very Trump like of him. Win or loose he still gets all the attention he wants and more money from corporate donors and his pathetic following.
