  1. So can you game the system? The impartial jury system seems paper thin at best. It would seem as if anyone of note could potentially ruin a case. Meaning you could set up a case to fail on purpose by tainting the jury right? If I'm wrong I would love to know how respectfully that is. It just seems like such a vulnerable system if this supposedly impartial jury can be so easily tainted right?

  2. No one will give me an answer as to how a jury is impartial. How does the impartial jury system protect itself from being rigged by someone who wants the case thrown out Just pay the right person of note to speak about it publicly and the case can apparently be thrown out. I'm still trying to get answers on this.

  3. I've been trying to get answers on this. Is the impartial jury system really so paper thin? Can a jury and judge be so easily tainted? It seems as if gaming the system would be simple for someone who had an interest in having the case thrown out. Just have the right person say anything about the case to the public and it can be thrown out? This seems astoundingly vulnerable to outside manipulation.
