  2. 7:21, Insurance companies who only want to cover people they know they'll never have to cover should be illegal. Those "insurance" companies have been paid for years by Californians, yet they can just abandon them as soon as a disaster happens. The American people need legislation that protects them from insurance companies looking to take their money and abandon them as soon as they can.
