If only it was an amount that would actually help people but helping people apparently isn't really what the GOP is all about. So we get basically nothing. Luckily the GOP will be standing in solidarity with all the people who are suffering and they wont be taking their millions they receive right? O wait I'm being told that members of the GOP will still be disgustingly wealthy after this. Well at least the Democrats fought for us. I mean Nancy Pelosi is call a 'master legislator' so I assume she was able to throw around that considerable skill to get us proper help. O wait I'm being told she rolled over and let the GOP do whatever they wanted. That doesn't sound very helpful. It's almost like both Republican and Democratic leadership thinks helping people isn't a high priority.
