Children being murdered in your community because people without the proper training to use a gun. Well heres more guns. Hopefully no one gets hurt when a a bunch of good guys with guns get in a shoot out with a bunch of bad guys at the local grocery store. Like it was some old western movie.

@Skinski7 I'm only aware of the weekly teen deaths we've had and that's before the law was passed. So not sure how more guns in the hands of reckless people will help anything but sure if your false sense of safety is worth any life then thats up to you.

@coreymac5578 You forgot to mention that our right is a regulated right. So it has boundaries and limits. Those boundaries and limits must be apart of the laws. Whats the point of the constitution if red states can just make laws that effectively go against that constitution? You mention your personal experience and training the law though Tennessee is passing doesn't require that training or anything for that matter. This law is arguably unconstitutional. It will endager police and innocent Tennesseans. Homegrown terrorism is gonna love this law. Gangs will love this law. They'll all have access to endless guns. If you don't think so you're being incredibly naive about what will happen to all of those guns.

@newa123d No lives may matter to you and that may make you feel safe but that doesn't matter. People like you are why innocent people keep dying. You'll never admit it but you know it. Your reckless disregard and disrespect for everyone around you has left you incapable or unwilling to see the actually consequences of the policies you stand for. Innocent people are dying every day why social/political tyrants like yourself leave us unable to do anything about. So another day another parent dead or another child dead and you couldn't care less.

@newa123d You make a lot of assumptions about things you have no knowledge of. Pretending to understand a person you don't know doesn't make you correct. My thoughts on gun violence, gun ownership and the accountability lawmakers have to the people to protect them isn't one built out of privilege in a white picket fence. You assuming that means you've got a lot to learn. Even in your experience people who shouldn't have had guns had guns because of the systems you proudly protect. There's answers to these problems and more guns isn't the answer. Those advocating for more guns are unable to honestly say that all of the guns would be accounted for and theu have an active interest that the guns won't be.

@newa123d They're just proven methods to reduce the numbers we're seeing with gun violence. Me and many others are just asking for these solutions to be worked out because clearly how it is isn't working for too many people. There's way for us all to work together to be safer and we are not only ignoring those methods we're actively passing legislation that does the opposite. Too many have been lost and unfortunately I expect it to only get worse. There's apparently no limit to how many some are willing to sacrifice for a false sense of safety.
