They just go off on some whataboutism or the everyone's corrupt card. They claim both sides just need to come together and all will be good. How is that possible if one side wages a social war on the other? Republican's literally and figuratively demonize individuals and groups of people. Only one side promotes hate speech and violence. You can't cast a partial vote and be like I elect you only for financial issues but not for social issues. If your vote gets them elected they do all the things they wanted to do despite you only voting for specific reasons. So when you cast that vote which is as they put our "sacred duty" that means much more then people are willing to realize. Your endorsing all of them whether you like it or not.
