  1. It's not even affecting 1 or 2% directly. It affects entire cities and neighborhoods because designates places where such crimes happen aren't safe anymore. People avoid it, don't feel safe or even arm themselves as this situation gets worse. That man is just a complete fool and he's a part of the problem.
