  4. Police verbal replay discussion sounds like they are hyped and loved the action- 1st taser deployment- must feel exciting. I think it's unprofessional for them to discuss the incident on body cam. Could say or do something to counter the charges (violate constitutional rights) and perp gets off on technicality or something. But I don't know. Just opining.
